Gelatin has a freezing point of around 28℃. Temperature fluctuations and vibration during transportation may cause the medium to solidify unevenly on the tube wall. This is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Prior to use, warm the medium via water bath, incubator or other methods until it turns fluid, then place the tube upright for use.
