Fibronectin from Human Plasma

Fibronectin (FN) is a macromolecular protein located on the cell surface and in plasma. It is a major cell adhesion molecule and plays a structural and adhesive role in the cellular fibrous matrix. Fibronectin produced by Solarbio can be used as a cell culture matrix, which can promote cell growth, improve cell adhesion rate, enhance cell metabolism level, shorten cell growth time, and improve cell fusion rate in hybridoma technology. Concentrations of 1-5μg/cm2 or 0.5-50μg/ml are recommended as cell culture substrates. The optimal concentration depends on the cell type and the application or research purpose.
