Exosome Quantitative Detection Kit

Description: This product is a kit based on the ELISA sandwich method to detect exosome content, using high-performance anti-CD9 capture and anti-CD81 detection antibodies. It can be used to detect human body fluids or cell culture supernatants, sensitively and quantitatively detect targets co-expressing exosome surface markers CD9 and CD81, and achieve rapid and accurate quantification of intact exosomes in samples. Features: Wide application: suitable for cell culture supernatant, urine, serum and other types of samples; Simple operation: only one 450nm microplate reader is needed, no other equipment is required; High stability and reproducibility: In order to achieve stability and reproducibility, the kit uses CD9/CD81 fusion protein standards instead of exosomes themselves, which are unstable and difficult to store.
