Traditional exosome extraction method from in vitro culture cells is ultra speed centrifugation，which is time-consuming and labor-intensive，usually requiring 30 to 70 hours and processing only 6 samples in one time，requiring a large amount of starting material while yielding little. This kit can obtain high purity exosome granules rapidly and efficiently by simple centrifuge. The exosomes extracted by this kit are intact and can be used for various downstream experiments such as function study，protein analysis，RNA analysis，electron microscope analysis，and NTA particel size analysis.
