Essen 8 Pluripotent Stem Cell Medium is an animal-derived component-free (ACDF) medium designed for the growth and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) and embryonic stem cells (ESCs). Compared with traditional media that require animal serum or serum-free media with complex components, SEssen 8 pluripotent stem cell medium is relatively simple, adding only 8 additional components required for stem cell culture on the basis of the formula of basal medium, which not only eliminates the possibility of mixing animal-derived components into the culture process, but also ensures that the variability between batches is fully controllable. With the addition of long-acting cytokines, a single rehydration can be maintained for more than 48 hours, and the culture method is flexible, and there is no need to work overtime to change the fluid on weekends.
