This compound regulates the migration of various cancer cells, including MCF-7, SK-BR-3, T47D, and MDA-MB-231, through the Rho/ROCK and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways. Simultaneously, ERα17p exhibits inhibitory effects on breast cancer cells, including slowing cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis, and inhibiting tumor growth in mouse models.
