Enhanced Trypsin-EDTA Solution，0.25% (with Phenol Red)

1．Due to different properties of tissue or cell, experimenters should determine the optimal digestion time based on specific circumstances. Cell digestion should not be too long, as this may affect cell adhesion and growth； 2．The product does not contain bacteria inhibitor, therefore special attention should be paid during usage and mirobial contamination in digestion solution should be avoided. 3．The product is not suitable stored at 4℃ for long time, repeated freezing and thawing is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to divide it into portions and freeze when using in small quantities. This trypsin-EDTA solution contains 0.25% trypsin and 1mM EDTA，which are dissolved in calcium/magnesium-free buffer solution. It can be applied to cell culture and digestion of tissue after filtration steriliazation. This product is ready-to-use, stable and safe, producing cells in good condition. It can digest most adherent cells after digesting for 2 minutes. Trypsin-EDTA solution includes products with phenol red and without phenol red, which is used to indicate pH.
