Endotoxin Removal Agarose Resin， High Performance

This product is applied to remove endotoxins from biological protein products such as peptides，antibodies and polysaccharides. It uses 4% agarose microspheres as the matrix coupled with modified polymyxin B ligand for specific endotoxin elimination，which can reduce the endotoxin level of samples to 0. 1 EU/ml with high sample recovery. It features an endotoxin binding capacity of more than 2，000，000 EU/ml medium，particle size of 45-165 μm and maximum pressure resistance of 0. 1 MPa (1 bar). The pH stable range is 5-10，and it is compatible with 20% DMSO，20% ethanol，20% glycerol，1M urea，300mM imidazole，0. 05% Tween 20，10mM DTT and other reagents. The resin is stored in 1×PBS buffer containing 20% ethanol.
