Dual Cell Viability/Toxicity Assay Kit

Cytotoxicity testing is usually determined by measuring the number of viable cells or the number of dead cells. In order to evaluate cytotoxicity more comprehensively，there is an increasing need for multiple evaluation methods to verify each other. This kit provides a comprehensive evaluation of cytotoxicity. CCK-8 determines the number of viable cells by measuring dehydrogenase activity in living cells，while the LDH Assay Kit determines the number of dead cells by measuring the amount of LDH released from damaged cell membranes. The LDH Assay Kit can be added directly to cell-containing media (one-step method). Cells can also be isolated and added to the cell culture medium supernatant for detection (low-damage method，isolated cells can be used for other experiments). Two cytotoxicity indicators，CCK-8 and LDH Assay Kit (Low Damage Method)，can be performed simultaneously using the same batch of cells.
