DO Supplement-Ura-Leu-His (Amino Acid Mixture)

DO Supplement (Dropout Supplement) is a mixture composed of essential amino acids and two nucleotides. It is used to prepare SD (synthetic dropout) medium formulated from glucose, YNB (amino acid free), Dropout.
