DL 600 DNA Ladder（for Agarose ＆ PAGE）

This product is ready-to-use double-stranded DNA MW standard. It is composed of 6 high-purity DNA fragments with specific size corresponding to 100bp, 200bp, 300bp, 400bp, 500bp， 600bp bands. The product has been premixed with loading buffer and can be used in electrophoresis directly. After validation, this product is suitable for agarose gel electrophoresis and native nucleic acid PAGE. All the bands exhibits single and uniform, without extra bands, tails or double eyelids, ensuring providing precise clear MW reference even in precision electrophoresis. It is suitable for molecular biology experiments such as conventional nucleic acid electrophoresis analysis, PCR product identification, enzyme-digested fragment analysis. The results are reliable. We recommand that the gel concentration should be no more than 8% in native nucleic acid electrophoresis, in case of large molecule bands aggregation.
