Dextrin Beads 6FF is an affinity chromatography medium for purifying the protein labeled with maltose binding protein (MBP). Dextrin Beads 6FF can purify the MBP fusion protein in one step. The bound fusion protein can be gently eluted with 10mM maltose. The activity of the tag protein is protected, and site-specific proteases can be excised if the MBP fusion part is to be removed.
