Degradative Antimicrobial Peptide Mycoplasma Scavenger (200X) effectively suppresses mycoplasma DNA replication by inhibiting the activity of mycoplasma DNA helicase. By targeting genetic material， it thoroughly eradicates mycoplasma， completely freeing cells from contamination and ensuring reliable experimental results. Primarily used to eliminate mycoplasma from cells， serum， and culture media， this product completes the entire process in just 3-5 days. Its antimicrobial peptide complex formulation eradicates most mycoplasma species while naturally degrading within 6-7 days. Non-cytotoxic， it does not interfere with subsequent cell culture or experiments. This product is suitable for hundreds of cell lines， including: mouse embryonic stem cells or iPS cells， human embryonic stem cells or iPS cells， HEK293， HeLa， HepG2， HCT116， COS-7， Vero， Huh-7， MDCK， PANC-1， SW620， U2OS， MCF-7， MRC-5， NIH-3T3， CCC-ESF， CHO-S， CHO-K1， CHO-DG44， H295R， HL60， K562， MDA-MB-231， SP20， T47D， BM， and BV2. Usage Instructions: 1. Upon receipt， briefly centrifuge the reagent tube and store it. 2. When using this product for treatment， maintain cell density between 50–60%. 3. Wash cells 3–5 times with culture medium， discarding each wash in one direction. 4. Dilute this product 1:200 with complete medium and add to cells for normal culture. 5. Repeat step 4 for cells 3–6 times.
