ddNTP lacks the hydroxyl group (-OH) at the 3’position of ribose. Once incorporated into the growing DNA strand by DNA polymerase， it immediately terminates chain elongation， which constitutes the core principle of Sanger dideoxy chain-termination sequencing. This product contains four types of dideoxynucleoside triphosphates: ddATP， ddCTP， ddGTP and ddTTP， each at a concentration of 10 mM. Applications: Sanger sequencing， genotyping， primer extension assay and so on.
