D15 is a polypeptide containing a 15-amino acid fragment of dynein, acting as an AMPAR endocytosis inhibitor. It prevents the interaction of dynein with amphiphilin 1 and 2. D15 significantly increases the amplitude of AMPAR excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EPSCs) in moderately spinous neurons (MSNs) of Sapap3KO mice. D15 is suitable for research in neuropsychiatric disorders.
