Cryopreservation Medium

The general cell cryopreservation solution produced by Solaibao Company is prepared with imported FBS and DMSO as the main raw materials, and is suitable for cryopreservation of various mammalian primary cells, passage cell lines and hybridoma cells. This product is a ready-to-use reagent, stable storage, easy to use, and high cell viability. The use method of this product is basically the same as that of other cell cryopreservation solutions, in principle, each ampoule of cells contains 1-10×106/ml. Digest the adherent cells in place, or discard the supernatant after the last centrifugation, add the cell cryopreservation, resuspend and blow the precipitated cells, divide them into cell cryopreservation tubes, seal and mark them according to the conventional operation process through 4 ℃, -20 ℃, -80 ℃ until the liquid nitrogen tank or use a programmed cooler to cryostore step by step.
