Clenbuterol(Cle)ELISA Kit

Solarbio ELISA Kit uses the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique. A Clenbuterol antigen has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Add gradient-diluted standards and pre-diluted samples separately then add an antibody working solution and HRP-conjugated antibody working solution. Clenbuterol in the samples/standards competes with the plate-coated Clenbuterol for binding to the Clenbuterol antibody. After extensive washing a tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent is added to the wells for signal development. A Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development. The color intensity inversely proportional to the concentration of Clenbuterol is then measurable at 450nm. You can calculate the concentration of Clenbuterol in the samples by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
