CHO Transfection Reagent and Protein Expression System I (Adherent Culture with Serum)

CHO cell lines are currently one of the most widely used host cells for recombinant protein expression. CHO cells can be cultured either as adherent cells or in suspension. Different culture methods require distinct media and specific plasmid/DNA transfection reagents. Despite the increasing application of CHO cells in recombinant protein expression，there remains a lack of highly efficient CHO plasmid transfection and expression systems in China. Particularly for suspension-cultured CHO cells，plasmid transfection and protein expression outcomes remain suboptimal. CHO Transfection Reagent and Protein Expression System I is primarily designed for transfection and expression in adherent CHO cells using conventional serum-containing media. CHO Transfection Reagent and Protein Expression System II is specifically formulated for transfection and expression in suspension-cultured CHO cells using serum-free media. Features: 1. Efficiently transfects adherent CHO cells，achieving a transfection efficiency of over 80%; 2. Exhibits significant resistance to serum interference，with serum having no impact on transfection efficacy; 3. Low cytotoxicity，requiring no medium change 4-6 hours post-transfection.
