Cellulose DE-52

DEAE cellulose is a particle type hydrophilic polymer with an average particle size of 50 μ m, and its surface is grafted with macromolecular sugar chains, which gives it a higher specific surface area and better biocompatibility, maintaining higher loading capacity and better resolution. Due to its larger specific surface area, the equilibrium and elution times are also shorter. It undergoes grafting to purify substances with supermolecules such as viruses and plasmids, and its loading remains basically unchanged. Note: Product information may be optimized and upgraded.
