Deae-cellulose, which uses a particle type hydrophilic polymer with an average particle size of 50μm, and the surface is linked with macromolecular sugars, so that it has a higher specific surface area and better biocompatibility, maintain a higher load capacity, and has a better resolution. Due to the large specific surface area, the equilibrium and elution time is also shorter.
