Migrasomes are micron-sized vesicular structures formed at the tips or branches of retraction fibers during cell migration. They primarily serve as carriers for intercellular communication and devices for intracellular substance clearance. With a diameter ranging from 0.5 to 3 μm，migrasomes are rich in marker proteins such as TSPAN4，TSPAN7，CPQ and EOGT. Accumulating evidence indicates that migrasomes play vital roles in intercellular communication，organ development，signal transduction，immune regulation and disease pathogenesis.
