1.It is advisable to avoid using plastic products made from highly polymerised materials (such as polystyrene) in this experiment. Instead， use non-static or low-static centrifuge tubes and glassware that has not been treated with alkali， as static electricity can cause cells to adhere to the surface， whilst alkali-treated glass surfaces become rough， thereby affecting cell separation efficiency. 2.Better separation results are achieved when the volume of the separation solution exceeds that of the blood sample. 3.Throughout the entire process， samples， reagents and the experimental environment must be maintained at 20±2°C (reagents must be brought to room temperature; 20°C in summer and 23°C in winter). 4.To obtain the best experimental results， it is advisable to carry out the experiment within two hours of sampling; the longer the sample is left to stand， the poorer the cell separation will be. If the sample is left for more than six hours， the separation will be even poorer， or may not achieve the desired result at all. This kit is customized for bovine spleen tissue. Combining mild tissue dissociation process and density gradient centrifugation principle， it can rapidly isolate and purify natural killer (NK) cells from porcine spleen samples. The isolated cells have high purity and intact viability， suitable for scientific researches on animal husbandry immunity， disease pathogenesis and cellular functions.
