1.Do not place the bottle upside down during storage.Discard the susceptibility discs if discoloration occurs or the desiccant fails.
2.Allow the vial taken from the refrigerator to reach ambient temperature before opening, to prevent condensation from moistening the susceptibility discs.
3.Avoid overstacking plates during incubation for even heat distribution.
4.This product is sterile. Please follow aseptic techniques during operation.
5.Please comply with the specified storage conditions during preservation. Test Result Analysis: After incubation, a zone of inhibition will form around each susceptibility disc on the medium. Measure the diameter of the zone and compare it with the reference range table. A diameter within the reference range indicates the breakpoint; a larger diameter means susceptibility, while a smaller one indicates resistance. Adjust the dosage according to the degree of susceptibility. The higher the susceptibility, the lower the required dosage. No bacterial growth shall be observed on negative control medium; abundant bacterial growth shall be seen on positive control medium.
