Bacterial Ribosome Extraction Kit (Differential Centrifugation Method)

The Monocyte Protein Extraction Kit is designed for the extraction of total protein from monocytes in various whole blood samples. The extraction procedure is simple and convenient， and can be completed within 1 hour. The kit contains a protease inhibitor cocktail， which prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The protein extraction components of this kit do not contain non-dialyzable detergents， nor components that may interfere with mass spectrometry experiments， such as SDS， Triton X-100， or CHAPS. After dialysis or desalting， the final protein sample will be free from interference by detergents and high-concentration salts， and can basically meet the requirements of any downstream proteomics-related experimental research. The protease inhibitor cocktail in this product does not contain AEBSF， which avoids mass spectral peak shifts caused by AEBSF. Therefore， protein samples extracted using this kit can be used for mass spectrometry (MS) detection and analysis， as well as proteomics and other related studies. Proteins extracted with this kit are active proteins with native protein conformation. The kit contains no EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelate chromatography. Proteins extracted by this kit can also be used in downstream protein research assays including Western Blotting， protein electrophoresis， immunoprecipitation， ELISA， transcriptional activity analysis， gel shift assays， and enzyme activity determination.
