Product introduction: HRP labeled avidin developed by Solarbio Company is a complex of imported avidin and high activity peroxidase HRP by modified oxidation method of sodium iodate. It can be widely used in the amplification detection system of immuno-pathology, enzyme-linked immunoassay, gene probe and other subjects. This product contains 1.5 to 2mg of Avidin and HRP, 3mgBSA per ml. Working titer: ELISA: 1:500-1000 1:30-100 Immunoblot: 1:200 ~ 500. Spot immunity: 1:200 ~ 500. The specific titer is subject to the product label, and the best use conditions should be optimized according to the antigen and primary antibody titer of the tested sample.
