Acetylcholine/Choline Content Fluorometric Assay Kit

Acetylcholine is an important neurotransmitter in the peripheral and central nervous system， which is a key molecule to maintain the normal physiological function of the human body. Aging or neurological diseases (such as Alzheimer ‘s disease) can lead to a decrease in acetylcholine levels， leading to a decline in cognitive function. Choline is a necessary nutrient and plays a key role in many biological processes. It is a precursor for the synthesis of acetylcholine. The kit hydrolyzes acetylcholine into choline and acetic acid by acetylcholinesterase， and further calculates the content of acetylcholine by measuring the total amount of choline and acetylcholine.
