A20FMDV2 is a highly selective αvβ6 integrin inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 nM. This compound exhibits 1,000-fold selectivity for αvβ6 compared to other RGD-directed integrins such as αvβ3, αvβ5, and α5β1. Furthermore, A20FMDV2 can be derived from foot-and-mouth disease virus. This compound can also be used for radiolabeling, thereby enabling its application in PET imaging studies of αvβ6 integrin-positive tumors.
